Simple terms for booking with PopInShine Details.
These terms explain how appointments, payments, cancellations, and mobile detailing services work when you book with PopInShine Details.
Bookings
By booking through this site, you agree to provide accurate contact, vehicle, and appointment information. Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability. Some appointments may remain pending until payment is completed or the booking is manually confirmed by PopInShine Details.
Mobile service access
Customers are responsible for providing a safe service location, access to the vehicle, and the required outdoor water and power availability when applicable.
Pricing and payment
Prices depend on the selected package, vehicle type, and any approved add-ons. Final pricing may change if the vehicle condition is significantly different from what was described at booking. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe, while eligible bookings may also allow pay-on-site options.
Booking updates and communications
By using this site, you agree that PopInShine Details may send appointment-related emails or text messages for booking confirmations, pending status updates, reminders, completion notices, optional gratuity links, review requests, and customer support follow-up.
Cancellations
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours before the appointment are allowed without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
Results and limitations
We work to deliver a high-end result, but some stains, odors, scratches, swirl marks, and wear may not be fully removable depending on the vehicle’s condition.
Personal belongings and pre-existing damage
Customers should remove valuables before service. PopInShine Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose trim, fragile components, or aftermarket parts that may already be compromised.
Promotions and return offers
From time to time, PopInShine Details may offer discount codes, future-booking offers, or appreciation promotions after service. These offers are optional, may have limitations, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
